General Background: I hail from Central North Carolina; the land of the better BBQ. I arrived to Austin on a whim after a backpacking trip through Mexico, where I picked up my fluency in Spanish. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have a beautiful dog named Portland.
My Training Goals: To be strong and athletic for as long as possible. On top of lifting regularly, I also play recreational sports like Sand Volleyball, Soccer, and Basketball.
Hobbies: Some include learning languages, evening walks, bonfires, reading fiction, watching movies, and playing chess.

Four Areas of Focus
-
Strength Training
Strength training is the Meat and Potatoes of a healthy life. Along with other forms of Resistance Training, we will spend time majority of our time on compound lifts. There is no better feeling, than feeling STRONGER.
-
Mobility
Mobility, not to be confused with flexibility, is your ability to move with balance and ease throughout your life. My training approach focuses on building mobility practices into your workout routine so that you can live a long, healthy, and independent life of movement.
-
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the lifelong practice of being present. I guide my clients in bringing more presence to their workouts and focusing on breath to help connect mind and body. This practice is essential to holistic wellbeing and living a full and healthy life inside and outside the gym.
